Rental Agreement

RENTAL AGREEMENT
for
THE WILDFLOWER DENVER LLC


This Rental Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on the date you book your order, by and between:


PARTIES:
- THE WILDFLOWER DENVER LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Company")
- RENTER NAME: (hereinafter referred to as the "Renter")

Thank you for choosing The Wildflower Denver LLC for your rental needs. We are excited to provide you with our services. By completing payment for any order, you are entering into a formal Agreement. Both parties agree to the following
terms:

1. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION:

1.1. A 50% payment is due upfront to reserve the items for your event. The remaining 50% is due 140 days from the event date.
1.2. Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 140 days before the event: 100% refund.
- 140 to 60 days before the event: 50% refund of the total rental fees.
- Within 60 days of the event: The rental fee will be non-refundable, but delivery fees will be refunded.


2. CARE OF RENTED ITEMS:

2.1. We kindly request that you take good care of the rented items during the rental period.
2.2. Significant damage or loss may result in additional charges.
2.3. A refundable security deposit may be required to cover any damages or losses, as detailed separately if applicable.


3. CONDITION OF RENTED ITEMS:

3.1. Rented items are provided on an "as-is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the condition, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the rented items.


4. DELIVERY:

4.1. For local delivery, we will deliver the rented items to the event venue on or before the start of the rental period.
4.2. Please ensure that someone is available for drop-off and pick-up of the delivery.
4.3. Scheduling for delivery will be arranged after the order is placed.

5. LIABILITY:

5.1. While we want you to enjoy your event without any worries, we cannot be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the rental period.
5.2. Please use the rented items responsibly and take necessary precautions to ensure safety.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

6.1. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
6.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to waive your right to a jury trial in any legal proceedings arising from or related to this Agreement.
