Once we have that draft order in place we can cross reference our inventory to make sure we have everything in stock for your event date. Our drop-off and pick-up services encompass the secure transportation of our rental items to and from your event. This service includes transport, unloading, and limited set and tear down.

Our local delivery range is within 30 miles of the Denver Metro region. Deliveries outside of this are, are possible, but subject to an additional delivery fee.

Set-up and tear-down services are available at an additional cost. Our experienced team will not only deliver the items but also set them up according to your specifications. After the event, we'll efficiently dismantle and collect all items, providing you with a hassle-free and professional event execution.

For tableware and glassware, all food should be scraped from the dishes, and liquids poured out, and placed in provided bus bins.

For linens, please remove all food scraps, crumbs, glitter, and other decor. Any excessive stains, tears, or candle wax will be subject to additional damage fees.

Our standard rental period typically spans 24 hours. However, for extended durations, additional rental fees may be applicable. Discuss your specific event timeline with us, and we'll provide a tailored quote to accommodate your needs.

Yes, we understand that budgeting for events can be challenging. We offer flexible payment plans to help ease the financial burden. However, we do require a minimum 50% deposit to hold the items for your event.

50% is due upfront and then the other 50% due 140 days out. If your event is sooner than 140 days out, we require full payment upfront. Please see our full terms and conditions for more details on refunds and cancelations

To set up a payment plan, place a booking request and then send us an email to discuss your specific needs, and we'll work collaboratively to create a payment schedule that aligns with your budget.

We understand things happen and try to be as flexible as possible. Please find the cancellation policy below:

Cancellation Policy:
- Up to 140 days before the event: 100% refund.
- 140 to 60 days before the event: 50% refund of the total rental fees.
- Within 60 days of the event: The rental fee will be non-refundable, but delivery fees will
be refunded.

We kindly request that you take good care of the rented items during the rental period. While we expect normal wear and tear, any significant damage or loss above 1% of the rental amount may result in additional charges. To cover any damages or losses, we may require a refundable security deposit. The details of the security deposit will be provided separately, if applicable.
